24 Fisher Boy® Fish Sticks
1 15-oz. can vegetarian chili
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 cup Mexican-style shredded cheese
4 Tbsp. sour cream
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
Preheat oven to 475.° Place fish sticks in shallow pan and bake 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, drain excess liquid from chili and place in small pan over medium heat. Stir in onion and green pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through, 5 minutes.
Remove fish from oven and top with chilli. Evenly sprinkle on cheese and return to oven until melted, 2 minutes.
Place 6 chili-cheese fish sticks on each of 4 serving plates. Top each serving with 1 Tbsp. sour cream and 1/4 of chopped chives.
