Citrus Herb Stroganoff
(Serves 4)

2 packages Fisher Boy® Daily Catch™ Citrus Herb Fillets, thawed
1 green pepper, cut in thin strips
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup light sour cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Hot cooked noodles (optional)

  • Cut each fillet into 6 pieces; set aside.
  • In large skillet, cook green pepper and mushrooms in butter over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Whisk flour into milk and gradually stir into skillet; cook, stirring until thickened.
  • Add fish pieces and stir gently to coat with sauce.
  • Cook until fish flakes easily, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Reduce heat and stir in sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Cook until heated through and serve over hot noodles, if desired.
