Fish Fillets Parmigiana
(Serves 5)

1 package Fisher Boy® Southern Style Fish Fillets, any flavor (10 fillets)
1 cup prepared marinara sauce
1/2 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese

  • Preheat oven to 450.° Place fish in shallow baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove fish from oven and evenly spread marinara sauce over top. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
  • Return to oven and bake until done, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove fish from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Tip: Spoon fish mixture onto toasted rolls for tasty Parmigiana sandwiches.
