Dressing
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1½ Tbsp. honey
1½ Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1½ Tbsp. light or reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Slaw
4 cups green cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup sliced fennel or celery
1 carrot, cut into thin strips
3 red radishes, cut into thin strips
1/4 cucumber, unpeeled, cut into strips

In large bowl; combine yogurt, honey, mustard, mayonnaise, lemon rind, salt and pepper.
Add cabbage, onion, fennel, carrot and radishes, and toss to combine with dressing.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Add cucumber, stir well, taste and adjust seasoning.
Prepare fish sticks according to package instructions.
