1 package Fisher Boy® Fish Sticks (48 count)
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup regular or light sour cream
1/2 cup thick bottled salsa
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Bake fish sticks according to package directions.
In bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Stir in salsa and cheese.
Serve as a dip with fish sticks.
Serving Tip: For serving, dip can be spread in pie plate, topped with additional salsa, cheese and chopped green onion.
