Lemon Pepper Fish With Bow Ties
(Serves 4)

2 packages Fisher Boy® Daily Catch™ Lemon Pepper Fillets (4 fillets)
2 tsp. salt
1 1-lb. box tricolor pasta bow ties
4 cups broccoli florets
4 Tbsp. butter
4 tsp. lemon juice

• Preheat oven to 400.° Bake fish fillets according to package directions.
• Meanwhile, bring large pot of hot water to boil over high heat. Add salt and pasta and cook until al dente, about 12 minutes.
• During last 3 minutes of cooking, add broccoli florets to water. Drain thoroughly and return to pot over low heat.
• Add butter and lemon juice and stir constantly until butter is melted and pasta and broccoli are completely coated. Transfer to serving plate.
• Remove fish from oven. Cut into bite-sized chunks and place over pasta. Serve immediately.
