Southern Style Fillets
with Tartar Veggie Slaw

(Serves 6)

12 Fisher Boy® Southern Style Fish Fillets, any flavor
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 small dill pickle, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. grated orange rind
2 medium carrots, coarsely grated
1 medium zucchini, coarsely grated
2 green onions, sliced

  • Preheat barbecue grill to medium heat.
  • Place frozen fillets in single layer on a double sheet of foil; crimp foil edges and carefully place on grill.
  • Grill covered for 9 minutes per side, turning fillets over in foil halfway through cooking, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  • In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, pickle, chili powder, sugar, salt, pepper, and orange rind.
  • Add carrots, zucchini and green onions; toss to coat.
  • Mound mixture on plates and top with fish fillets
