1 10-oz. ready-made thin Italian pizza crust
1 package Captain’s Cut® Shrimp Scampi with Roasted Garlic
1/2 cup prepared marinara sauce
1/2 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 450.° Place pizza crust on baking sheet or pizza pan and bake for 3 minutes.
Place bag of shrimp, seam-side up, on microwave-safe dish and microwave at 50% power for 2 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking time.
Remove scampi from bag. Remove and discard any tails from shrimp. Place shrimp in mixing bowl. Pour in marinara and stir to combine.
Remove pizza crust from oven. Spread scampi/marinara sauce over crust to within 1/2 inch of edge of crust, making sure shrimp are evenly distributed across top. Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese, then Parmesan.
Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 8 minutes.
